Cancellation/Return Policy

  • Our company undertakes to unconditionally exchange your product for another product within 7 days of receiving it, provided the original packaging is intact and the product is undamaged. (We will refund or deduct the difference from your card for the product sold.)
    Returns must be made in their original box or packaging.
    Products with damaged original boxes or packaging (for example, products with shipping labels attached to the original boxes and taped with shipping tape) will not be accepted.
  • Returns of products that are no longer resalable and cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted.

    You must send the original invoice (all copies in your possession) and a request stating the reason for the return along with the product you wish to return.
    If the product(s) you wish to return are defective, our company will cover the shipping costs. In this case, you must ship the product(s) using our partnered shipping company. For other returns, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

    If the product(s) you wish to return are not classified as defective, the return shipping costs will be charged to the customer. Order amounts will be refunded within 45 days.
